Community Tree Scheme

County Council are offering a selection of free trees and shrubs to improve our local environment. They need to be planted so that they are visible either from the road or a footpath so they can be viewed by all. If anyone is interested contact Ippy Blenkins on 01694 771440 or Brian Iverson on 01694 771444.

Net proceeds were Ł3,026. This is down on last year but in view of the weather an excellent result. Well done! I think everyone thought it was a smashing afternoon.
